Marketing can cover so many areas and end up a little daunting but Colin structured the workshop well and it was made better with the input from others there. We're all doing it day in day out, so being able to understand what other businesses are trying to do and feeding back is useful. Came away with some useful ideas.

So far it's all about confidence and accountability. I have finally laid the good, the bad and the ugly out on the table, and simply talking those things through has made a huge difference.
